All information given in the Application Form should be correct. Any false information or suppression of any facts in the Application cases disqualified. If we come to know that any false information has been furnished any time of the course while undergoing the program, she/he will be liable to the termination, beside other action by the institution as decided, may be deemed fit. Under any circumstances the fee once paid shall not be refunded.

Eligible candidates will be called for the interview. Candidates coming for interview should bring all the relevant certificates in original. Candidates with out the original Certificates will not be allowed to attend for the interview. During the interview, weighatage will be given to candidates who have served in areas of need, or who are sponsored; all such claims have to be supported by relevant Certificates.

GUIDE AND CONDUCT

• Ragging is strictly prohibited (No Ragging in the History of this institution from the day it started).
• No Difference between the Seniors & Juniors but juniors has to respect seniors.
• Student has to maintain discipline & decorum inside and outside of the college.
• He/she has to undertake to attend the classes, practical, clinical, test, and seasonal examination regularly & maintain more than 85% of attendance to be qualified for the university/board examination.
• He/she has to abide the rules, guidelines, instruction of the college, university, KNC, INC etc.
• He/she will not be allowed to discontinue the course period at any cost. If he/she discontinues the course they have to pay full fee and other expenditure for entire course period i.e., four years of actual period.
• He/she has to stay in the hostel provided by the college and pay the rent for the entire period of the course. If for any reason he/she stays outside without special permission of the authorities they have to pay hostel rent for the entire course period.
• Mobiles are not permitted during the course period in the college & in the hostel, if it has been seen Rs. 10,000/- will be fined & mobile will be ceased.(Only boys are allowed to use from 5pm to 7pm).
• Students spoken language must be English inside the campus if not they will be fined.
• Only parents are allowed to visit the students, local guardian and permitted relatives are allowed to visit the students with the permission of Parents & the Management.
• Students should maintain the timings for classes, clinical, prayer, food, phone call and hostel.
• If anybody found violating the above mentioned guide and conduct, action will be taken upon them.
• If anybody taking leaves without permission they will be fined Rs.100/- per day.
• WITHDRAWALS: If any student decides to withdraw voluntarily from the college after the prelim, if any student decides to withdraw voluntarily from the college after the preliminary period or any time before completing the course ,she/he should pay a penalty amount to all the college(i.e) equivalent to the remaining of the course fees at that time. Students will not be relieved during the training or the period of compulsory service. However the college reserves the right to terminate a candidate where or conduct is not found satisfactory or for any other reason during the period of training or service which is detrimental to the institute
